Your Roadmap

Transition when it works for your team. Then unlock faster workflows, real‑time visibility, and continuous product updates in the cloud.

1) Schedule a consultation

Goal: Align on your business goals, current processes, and timeline.

What we’ll cover:

  • Your current workflows (retail checkout, service routing, inventory, purchasing, accounting)

  • Team structure & roles

  • Internet & hardware check (computers, printers, POS devices)

  • Data sources: customer lists, SKUs, vendors, price files

Deliverable: A recommended transition plan with suggested start date.

2) “Day in the life” walkthrough

Goal: See what your daily operations look like today then see them in LOU.

We’ll walk your team through common scenarios:

  • Retail: ring up a sale, apply discounts, take payments

  • Service: schedule jobs, build routes, capture photos/notes, invoice

  • Inventory: look up stock across sites, receive POs, count & adjust

  • Accounting: review real‑time financials, post entries, close the month

Deliverable: A side‑by‑side view of Evosus Legacy vs. LOU for each workflow.

3) Apply your workflows in LOU

Goal: Configure LOU to match how you run your business.

What we’ll set up together:

  • Product “tiles” for Foundation, Inventory, Sales/Retail, Service & Scheduling, and Accounting

  • User roles and permissions

  • Routes and Service settings

  • Integrations and payments

Data prep starts here:

  • Import templates for Customers, SKUs, and Vendors

  • Build Beginning Balance spreadsheets (Inventory Valuation, A/R balances, Customer Deposits)

Deliverable: A configured environment with test data and a checklist to Go‑Live.

4) Schedule Go‑Live & start onboarding

Goal: Switch from Legacy to LOU with a dedicated team at your side.

What onboarding includes:

  • A dedicated Account Manager and Onboarding Specialist

  • A structured, phase‑based plan:

    • Phase 1 – Foundation & Accounting: account setup, import data, confirm hardware, merchant application status

    • Phase 2 – Inventory: organize items, finalize SKU import, confirm hardware order status

    • Phase 3 – Sales, Service & Scheduling: configure tiles, finalize vendor/SKU imports

    • Phase 4 Clean Data: physical count, beginning balances, integrations, training completion

    • Go‑Live & Beyond: hand‑off to Support, final hardware checks, “I am Live!” button

Deliverable: You’re transacting in LOU with continued check‑ins after Go‑Live.
