"Meets all our Business Needs"
I love that Lou understands the industry. All of the features make sense for the way we run our business. There are so many features that I know is going to help our business grow & be more efficient. I love that we don't need several software programs anymore. Everything can be done in Lou. The accounting side takes a bit of getting used to. It's very different from what we used before. The quick visibility I'm used to from our previous software takes more digging in Lou to find. Also, the training & focus for accounting seems like an afterthought. Lou is cutting down on our need for paper. We have better visibility on our service department. All employees have the ability to be more helpful in assisting customers by having access to as little or as much information as you want to allow. Lou is also helping us to better organize and keeping track of follow up work.

"Friendly and very quick to help you!"
My favorite thing is how you can use LOU anywhere. The inventory went so well this year using the Physical Count feature. Also, I am impressed with how quick the team is to responding to any concerns that I have. I would like to see a simpler way of updating mass price changes in our inventory. The whole support team is always there to answer my questions and find a way to get the problem solved in a very quick manner.

My company had an unfortunate situation arise when we tried to implement LOU 2 years ago. There was not time for Evosus to patch/fix their software before our peak/opening season and so we had to cancel our implementation. The situation at the time was not handled well, but since then the CEO reached out and the company has held itself accountable and remedied the situation. I was very pleasantly surprised - I did not expect this to happen. In my opinion this is a rare and valuable thing in today's world (which we really need more of). I would attest that Evosus is a very good company that will stand behind its word. I would recommend keeping this in mind when choosing your next software provider.

"Wonder experience"
The support was the best thing about LOU. Through these weeks, our onboarding specialist was so helpful, patient, and supportive as we worked towards our GO LIVE date. Most of everything about LOU is great. It would be helpful if we could be able to practice on demo versions of LOU web, the PAX machine, and the LOU mobile app. It is helping us properly track our inventory and it is helping us streamline our service department. It has allowed us to put in proper processes to operate efficiently.

"Informative and got high level training"
The efficiency that LOU offers my team and me is great. We went from working on spreadsheets and multiple apps to now a small handful. We also liked that they offered onsite consulting so our team could meet our Account Manager in person and help guide us through the software. So big thank you to Ashlea Goldfinch for coming to Texas and showing us LOU. l dislike that it is missing a way to scan barcodes and it would be nice to be able to upload pictures when scanning barcodes. I think there needs to be more time for in-depth training before going live and after. It solves the problem of having multiple software, and we can get support when we have an issue.
