I would highly recommend Evosus to any company and I always suggest Evosus whenever the software topic comes up when speaking with other pool business owners.  My experience with Evosus on a software level has been wonderful.  Evosus integrates ALL aspects of my pool business from inventory, to my service department, to point-of-sale and seamlessly on into the full accounting package.  My educational background is in accounting and within a day of month end I can have real-time data for how my company is performing month-to-month, year-to-date and even year-over-year.  Then on the support side, I cannot speak more highly of their support.  They always respond and if there is ever a more pressing issue, which rarely happens, someone has always been there. The quality and dependability of the software system is unbelievable.  I cannot remember the system ever crashing.  And probably my favorite part is suggestions or requests for the next upgrade - Evosus does listen and they have provided many requests for us.  Truly an awesome company.

Evosus blew me away at the 2005 HPBA show in Atlanta and Evosus continues to blow me away today.  I don't know where our business would be without it.  More importantly, the entire Evosus team is committed to continually upgrading the application by incorporating useful tools, quicker ways to do things and countless value-added enhancements all made according to "Best Business Practices."  I would recommend Evosus to everyone, except my competition.

In 2004, we began searching for new software to replace the outdated POS software we were using. We tried looking at everything out at the time, but were having a hard time finding one that matched what we were looking for. We wanted a software program that could grow with our business. Finally we found Evosus. Evosus was a young software program at the time, but we could see its potential. We talked to many different members of the Evosus team and really got a feel for where the software was headed. We also knew that it would be a sizeable investment, not only in the software, but in new hardware and time. After much debate, we decided to make that investment. Five years later we appreciate how great of an investment we made. We use Evosus in every aspect of our business from retail and service to new pool construction and renovations. Evosus allowed us to grow and centralize all areas of our business without being held back by a software program that was not designed to evolve with our company.

Before going live with Evosus®, I felt like I never had enough time. I had to be involved with practically every sale to ensure it was written correctly. With Evosus® Dynamic Kits, I know my employees are selling exactly what the customer needs and asking the important questions at every sale. Evosus® allows me to spend more time focused on growing my business rather than simply maintaining it.  Evosus® is worth every penny. In fact, I was going over our numbers and noticed that our productivity per same headcount has increased almost 30%. I have to attribute a lot of that to the Evosus® features.

We have five retail stores, two warehouses and a full service department. After spending many months and dollars on Quickbooks Multi Store POS software, we finally gave up due to inventory issues. After a lot of research, we went with Evosus Business Management Software. They are a wonderful company based in Vancouver, Washington. The program allows for multiple stock sites, including service trucks, with their own inventory control, service scheduling and routing, job management, maintenance contracts, POS and accounting all in the same program. They also offer credit card service integration and payroll services. This is a very robust program and doesn't require the usual importing or exporting of data between multiple software programs. There are so many bells and whistles that it will probably take us awhile to get around to using all of them. The Evosus support team has always been accessible for any questions and/or problems that we have had and 90% of the time a real person actually answers the phone!

One of the things that enable us to operate with a current playbook is Evosus. This program is truly amazing! Those dealers that don’t have it or think it is too much money are quite frankly foolish and standing in their own way of success in my opinion. It was designed for our industry! 

Running a complex business that involves service to customer's homes as well as retail functions - and running it profitably - is no easy task.  Evosus integrates all aspects from marketing campaign streams, lead acquisition, purchasing, inventory, point-of-sale, quotes, orders and invoicing, accounts payable, scheduling, as well as the financial analysis functions that we need.  There's no more guessing at the status of a sale or the status of stock or where techs will be on any certain day.  Upgrade requests don't fall on deaf ears as we see many of our recommendations for additional features actually happen!  I highly recommend this software to anyone running a business that involves service schedules, unless of course you are a competitor!

I have been in the business for almost 23 years, so I learned the value of accurate, real-time data management a long time ago.  I used to piece together different software packages - one for accounting, one for data management and one for inventory control.  Now I have a single software package that can run my entire business and that has been invaluable to me.  With the economy being in the tank right now and having to consolidate workloads on a smaller staff, we are still more productive than ever before.  Best of all, even with smaller revenues, we are still profitable and I owe a lot of that success to Evosus.

Evosus is the first software program we have ever come across that actually seems to employ "common sense.”  It is practical, intuitive and very easy to work with.  It makes our business run much more efficiently and makes all our lives easier.  The customer support team at Evosus is the best!  They are knowledgeable, professional and prompt in their response to our needs.  Any issue we have ever had has been taken care of within hours.  In our opinion, Evosus Business Management Software is the best on the market with a staff that is second to none.
