The open lines of communication with our amazing Project Manager, Jessica Chase, made our business practice decisions much easier. Her vast knowledge of the software was vital to getting us off the ground running.
The set up tool kept us on track and organized throughout the project as well. We knew exactly what was needed and by when. We never felt out of touch. Kimberly Marcy did an amazing job with training too. The knowledgeable support that was given by the Evosus staff made our transition into the software a great experience. I am writing to give you kudos on the Evosus software system. Since we went live in 2006 we have been able to bring all of our operations under one system. This includes point of sale, complete inventory control, service billing along with scheduling. It allows us to track our spa sales by the serial number for warranty purposes.Payroll and accounting can now be done with real time numbers, tracking remote stores is very easily done live! The reporting that is allowed is almost limitless therefore; doing any type of trend analysis is very simple.
One of the things that I find most encouraging is your enhancements do not stop. Your support answers our questions in a timely manner and is proficient (which we never had with our other software). You are continually updating your software by listening to us dealers that are using it. That alone is a huge factor for us because we are trying to stay on the cutting edge of technology and it helps tremendously when our software company has the same vision. Thank you for charting the course in our industry on the software side of things!

Sunbelt Pools recently converted our accounting system to Evosus. One of the things that we evaluated prior to making the decision to go with Evosus was the training and implementation process.
We have been through two computer accounting system migrations in the last 15 years and have found that the training and implementation process is critical for a successful installation where our employees could feel comfortable with the new system as soon as possible. We found that the training helped out a great deal and particularly found the recorded training to be useful.
Having the recorded training videos is very valuable because the first time you are trained on something new, you don’t know enough to know what you are not retaining. Being able to go back and review the recorded videos allowed our people to catch the details that they missed after they had used the software enough to learn the questions that they did not know enough to ask the first time. I would highly recommend Evosus to any company and I always suggest Evosus whenever the software topic comes up when speaking with other pool business owners. My experience with Evosus on a software level has been wonderful. Evosus integrates ALL aspects of my pool business from inventory, to my service department, to point-of-sale and seamlessly on into the full accounting package. My educational background is in accounting and within a day of month end I can have real-time data for how my company is performing month-to-month, year-to-date and even year-over-year. Then on the support side, I cannot speak more highly of their support. They always respond and if there is ever a more pressing issue, which rarely happens, someone has always been there. The quality and dependability of the software system is unbelievable. I cannot remember the system ever crashing. This is a very robust program and doesn't require the usual importing or exporting of data between multiple software programs.
We have five retail stores, two warehouses and a full service department. After spending many months and dollars on Quickbooks Multi Store POS software, we finally gave up due to inventory issues. After a lot of research, we went with Evosus Business Management Software. They are a wonderful company based in Vancouver, Washington. The program allows for multiple stock sites, including service trucks, with their own inventory control, service scheduling and routing, job management, maintenance contracts, POS and accounting all in the same program. They also offer credit card service integration and payroll services. This is a very robust program and doesn't require the usual importing or exporting of data between multiple software programs. There are so many bells and whistles that it will probably take us awhile to get around to using all of them. The Evosus support team has always been accessible for any questions and/or problems that we have had and 90% of the time a real person actually answers the phone!
